Privacy notice
This notice explains how Shahab Technology Services ("STS", "we") handles personal data on this website and in V-Agent, under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, business name, email, phone (optional), industry, what you are interested in and your message.
- Chats with our assistant: what you type, and the name, company, email and phone you choose to give.
- Privacy requests: your name, email, phone (optional) and the details of your request.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated sends. We do not store it with your enquiry, and this website uses no advertising or tracking cookies; it sets only the cookies needed to run securely.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, follow up on a purchase you asked about, handle your request and keep the website secure. We collect only what we need for these purposes.
Conversations handled by V-Agent
When a business uses V-Agent, its AI employees handle calls and messages from that business's customers. The business decides what is collected and why, and STS processes the conversations on its behalf. If you spoke to an AI employee of a business, contact that business about your data; you can also send us a request below and we will pass it on.
Who we share it with
Enquiries and chats go to the STS team through STMP, STS's own platform. To run V-Agent we use service providers that carry calls, turn speech into text and back, and write replies. They process data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and to meet legal and accounting duties. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time. Use the form below. We reply within 21 days.
Security
This website uses HTTPS only. Passwords are stored hashed, admin accounts need two-factor sign-in, and forms are rate-limited.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change.
