Terms of service
These terms apply to the V-Agent website and service, provided by Shahab Technology Services ("STS").
The service
V-Agent provides AI employees that answer calls and messages for your business. Plans, licences and payments are handled through STMP, STS's platform, under the plan you choose.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly in Malaysian Ringgit. You can cancel before the next month starts. Prices on this website may change; the price shown when you buy applies to that month.
Your responsibilities
- Give your AI employees accurate information about your business.
- Tell your customers that they may speak to a virtual assistant, and handle their personal data lawfully, including under the PDPA.
- Do not use V-Agent for unlawful, misleading or abusive calls or messages.
AI answers
AI employees answer from the information you give them and can make mistakes. Review transcripts, set handover rules, and do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, STS is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
